My Story and Mission
Confession Time…
I’m a restless, free spirit.
The 9-5 life was never going to work for me.
So, my real story is one of curiosity and reinvention.
I’m Karolina Koppany, and for the past 16 years, I’ve been helping people and organizations navigate growth, reinvention, and leadership with clarity and integrity.
My background spans education, business, and executive coaching. I began my career in the classroom, where I created award-winning emotional intelligence programs and was honored as California East Bay Teacher of the Year. I founded a school, led a global education initiative that reached thousands, and earned recognition for building environments that foster resilience, purpose, and connection.
But my work didn’t stop at education. I became an ICF-certified professional coach (CPC, ACC) through iPEC and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), expanding my focus to include leadership development, team dynamics, and burnout recovery. This means I’m trained to help clients uncover the unconscious patterns driving their choices, energy drains, and stress responses. I don’t just hand you data - I interpret it with you, turning your energy profile into concrete actions you can take to move forward with clarity and confidence.
At American University’s Kogod School of Business, I coached MBA students on aligning personal values with professional goals. In the corporate world, I’ve worked with executives and HR teams to improve morale, increase retention, and build healthier, high-performing cultures.
What sets my work apart is how I connect the individual to the bigger picture. I help high-achievers reconnect with their purpose and make confident decisions during times of transition. I help teams move through tension, realign, and rebuild trust. And I help organizations integrate emotional intelligence into their culture - because when people feel seen, supported, and empowered, performance naturally follows.

One of the tools I use is the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) — a powerful assessment that acts like a snapshot of how you show up under stress and in everyday life. Together, we translate those insights into practical strategies for decision-making, leadership, and sustainable performance.
I don’t “fix” people. I create the conditions for clarity, courage, and sustainable momentum.

Onboarding: Welcome materials, vision prompts, and a kickoff on the calendar within 48 hours.

In 3 months: clarity and your next bold step. In 6–12 months: a reset in how you relate to your work, your leadership, and your self-worth.
